Within my approach, I utilize various evidence based methods - including EMDR. I provide non-judgmental, unbiased, and compassionate care to address what you bring forward during this potentially vulnerable or uncomfortable experience.

I have been in private practice now for over 2 years, and can honestly say that I have great passion and love for what I do.

For me, counseling is a passion to provide skills to help you on your journey towards balance in your life. I strive to professionally work alongside you to achieve your goals.

I find that a empathic, sympathetic, validating, non-judgmental, unbiased, compassionate, accepting, and straightforward approach helps create a safe space for us to work together.
